Shipping Policy
To ensure your package is properly delivered within the estimated time frame, please make sure your address is complete and accurate before checkout. Use correct abbreviations and spacing. Melt Moments is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at meltmomentsinfo@gmail.com . Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment.
Processing Time
After your payment is authorized and verified, orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide directly from our fulfillment centers in China and other partner warehouses. Typical delivery time is 6-10 business days from the date of processing, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and exclude weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by customs or logistics disruptions.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees determined by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Melt Moments is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first. Once a package is marked as “delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Melt Moments is not responsible for replacement or refunds in cases of non-receipt.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 20 business days after shipment, please email us at meltmomentsinfo@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit we will issue a replacement or refund.
